1 History and present situation

2. Information on the Yauyeelague

3. Registration
French Kisss will, from this year on, have 2 kinds of members. Playing member To be registered as a player, and be able to participate in regular games and competitions organized by the Yauyeeleague, every playing member is expected to pay a registration fee of HK$1,250. This playing member registration fee includes costs for registration to the league, booking the training pitch, full French Kiss kit (2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 1 pair of socks). Just a reminder, we do not have a team insurance, every player needs to take care of his personal health insurance. Some social activities can also be taken in charge of the club. Training member To be registered as a training member, and be able to attend training and friendly, without be able to play in official games, every training member is expected to pay a registration fee of HK$500. This training members registration fee includes cost for booking the training pitch for training and friendly games. Some social activities can also be taken in charge of the club. Just a reminder, we do not have a team insurance, every player needs to take care of his personal health insurance. Players who have not paid their registration fee, are not eligible to playing official games for French Kiss.
4 Discipline
The club will take responsibility and pay fines for yellow and red cards received by a player for every yellow and red cards received in official games.
A red card because of misbehavior against the referee or an opponent player, will be discussed by the board. The penalty to be paid to the Yauyeeleague can be redeemed from the player. The issue can be reason to expel the player from membership of French Kiss. A player expelled has no right to redeem membership fee, and will be deregistered immediately after this decision. The board has the right to take a final decision on any individual case.
The same player receiving 3 or more yellow cards because of misbehavior against the referee or an opponent player, will be discussed by the board. The penalty to be paid to the Yauyeeleague can be redeemed from the player. The issue can be reason to expel the player from membership of French Kiss. A player expelled has no right to redeem membership fee, and will be deregistered immediately after this decision. The board has the right to take a final decision on any individual case.
Misbehavior during games or training, towards referee, opponent players or team members, can be a reason to expel the player from membership of French Kiss. The board has the right to take a final decision on any individual case.
5. Communication
The board will inform as efficiently as possible all the players concerning training sessions, friendly games and official games. Information will be distributed by email, or to be consulted on the French Kiss website. The board expects the players to inform on availability in due time.
6. Sponsorship
French Kiss has a sponsorship proposal for any company interested supporting our club. We are a non-profit organization, but costs are involved and we are obliged to cover them. If any candidate for sponsorship shows interest, please inform the board. We thank Metaltex, and our captain Paolo, for the continued support.
7. Training
Availability of the pitch is guaranteed on tuesday, from 7h30 PM until 9PM. As the team invests a lot of money in the availability of the pitch, we expect all members to join when possible.
Goal of training is to enjoy football in the first place. Training will be organized by a responsible trainer. In order to enjoy the football as much as possible, his instructions are to be followed on training.
Attendancee of training, and spirit during training, will be considered highly when selecting the team.
8. Games
The board will decide which players are to attend the official games. All playing members will enjoy a fair number of games. The team selection will be 15 players for any official game. The board will select a competitive team, the coach will decide on tactics, together with the captain of the team. The decision will be respected by all the playing members.
Players are expected to confirm their availability 2 days in advance. For a sunday game, deadline is friday 6pm. If any inconvenience at a later time, the player is expected to inform the coach, or the captain, by phone.
The players are expected to respect all the rules of football during a game, especially the refereeís decisions. The coach is responsible for substitutions, and intends to make his decisions as fair as possible.
9 The goals of the season
Enjoy playing football with a group of friends.
